1. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates are free and carry no obligation. A written proposal is provided after an in-home consultation and reflects the agreed scope of work. Any changes to the scope after the proposal is signed may adjust the price and timeline, and will be documented in writing before work begins.

2. Workmanship Guarantee

Every project is backed by our 1-year workmanship guarantee on the work we perform. If a defect in our workmanship appears within that period, we will return to repair it at no cost. This guarantee does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, settling, or manufacturer defects in materials, which are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty.

3. Permits and Codes

We are a licensed general contractor in Johnson County, KS, and fully insured. We pull all required permits for structural, electrical, and plumbing work and build to local building codes. Final inspections are coordinated with the appropriate city building department.

4. Payment and Financing

Payment terms are outlined in your written proposal. Financing is available for qualifying projects and can be discussed during your free in-home estimate. Any deposits and progress payments are applied toward your project as described in the proposal.

5. Job Site and Access

We maintain clean job sites and protect finished areas during construction. Reasonable access to water, power, and the work area is required. We communicate clearly throughout the project so you always know what is happening and when.
