Areas We Serve Around Kansas City

Lenexa is our home base on Oak St, near Lenexa City Center and Old Town Lenexa, with Black Hoof Park and Lake Lenexa and the Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park nearby. Lenexa has a mix of 1970s through 2000s homes with large unfinished basements ready to become family rooms, guest suites, and entertainment spaces.

Overland Park is home to the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead, the Overland Park Arboretum, and the Downtown Overland Park farmers market. The Blue Valley neighborhoods south of I-435 are full of 1980s and 2000s two-story homes with basements ready to finish into the space your family needs.

Leawood is bordered by Town Center Plaza and Park Place, with Ironwoods Park and the Hallbrook neighborhood nearby. Leawood's larger custom homes are perfect for basements that become entertaining spaces with wet bars, home theaters, and guest suites.

Prairie Village is known for Corinth Square and the Prairie Village Shops, with Meadowbrook Park nearby. Prairie Village's post-war 1940s and 1950s ranch homes often have low or older basements that need careful remodeling to add headroom, waterproofing, and modern finishes.

Olathe is home to historic downtown Olathe, the Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop, and Lake Olathe and Cedar Lake. Olathe's fast-growing neighborhoods are full of newer homes with unfinished basements that are blank canvases for family rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Shawnee is home to Shawnee Town 1929, Shawnee Mission Park, and the Mill Creek Streamway Park. Shawnee has homes from the 1960s through today, with basements and decks that range from simple updates to full transformations.
